Catch the carbon before it leaves the stack.
Withinair designs modular capture units that mount directly onto industrial exhaust streams — cement kilns, steel furnaces, power flues — removing CO2 at its most concentrated point, before dilution.
Three stages, one exhaust stream.
Withinair units sit between the source and the stack — intercepting flue gas while it's still hot and concentrated, which is where capture is cheapest and most effective.
Intercept at the source
Flue gas is diverted through a solvent or sorbent contactor tuned to the CO2 concentration of that specific process — cement, steel, or power.
Compress & condition
Captured CO2 is stripped, dried, and compressed to pipeline-ready purity, with waste heat looped back into the host facility where possible.
Route to storage or reuse
Conditioned CO2 is routed to sequestration, mineralization, or downstream utilization — logged and verified at every handoff.
Built to bolt onto what's already running.
No process redesign, no downtime measured in seasons. Withinair's capture skids are modular, sized to the flue, and commissioned alongside live operations.

Point sources across heavy industry.
Every process has its own flue chemistry. We tune the capture path to the source instead of forcing one chemistry to fit everything.
Cement
Process-inherent CO2 captured directly from the kiln line, ahead of the stack.
Steel & metals
Retrofit capture on blast furnace and EAF off-gas without halting the line.
Power generation
Post-combustion capture for gas and biomass plants, sized to load profile.
Chemicals
High-purity CO2 streams captured for reuse in downstream synthesis.
